Juba Hill, a mother of three girls, is a composed problem solver with over 25 years of experience in effectively addressing client needs. Having been educated in three continents and worked across various roles in the legal departments of Fortune 500 companies, Juba brings a wealth of expertise to the table. She has adeptly managed teams who have supported the employee life cycle, administered employee benefits, and maintained essential business licenses.

Leveraging her sharp problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in drafting and revising contracts, Juba transitioned into entrepreneurship by founding Prime Virtual Consultants (PRIME), a real estate virtual assistant company.

As founder of this enterprise, Juba overseas virtual assistants who support real estate professionals in the state of Texas. Her guidance enables them not only to grasp the intricacies of daily contracts, but also to pinpoint areas for sustainable process improvement, from listing to close, and oftentimes beyond. By maintaining industry compliance standards and enhancing operational efficiency throughout the real estate transaction process, PRIME ensures seamless transactions and client satisfaction - anytime, anywhere.

Stephanie Thompson

COO

Stephanie Thompson, wife, mother and daughter of a military veteran, is a strategic leader with a methodical approach to helping clients maximize efficiencies, resolve operational discrepancies, process essential documents, and attract and retain clients. For the past 20 years, she has worked as a Customer Success Manager in the information technology industry, supporting enterprise customers in achieving operational efficiency and aligning business outcomes with strategic goals.

Stephanie's ability to advocate for her clients, manage contracts through to expiration, and ensure service deliverables are properly executed, has been key to her success. She excels in identifying process gaps, managing projects, achieving expected customer outcomes, and providing oversight throughout the customer lifecycle. This has enabled her to retain clients, grow her portfolio, and improve customer experiences.

Leveraging her problem-solving, relationship-building, client coordination, project management, and effective communication skills, Stephanie successfully pivoted into real estate as the COO of PRIME. In this role, she manages the company's day-to-day operations and administrative functions. This includes assisting the Listing and Transaction Coordinators in their role as a liaison between real estate professionals and their clients. She helps process critical documents, manage contracts to completion, and enhance operational effectiveness to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction possible.
